Twenty-twenty-five is technically an “off” year for elections in the U.S., but that doesn’t mean there won’t be work to do for the Crittenden County Election Commission.
In fact, there will be one election this year, with the upcoming School Board Elections in May. With that on the horizon, the election commisioners will convene later this week, at noon on Thursday, March 6, in the Election Commission Office (in the County Annex Building adjacent to the county courthouse.
“We will need to elect an Election Commission Chairman, said current chair Frank Barton. “We will also draw for ballot positions for the May school board races and discuss early vote and election day voting locations.”
All election commission meetings are open to the public.
