Beta Club delivers Valentine’s treats

It may have been cold outside, but that didn’t stop some local high schoolers from warming hearts.
The Academies of West Memphis Beta Club was showing some love for the community on Valentine’s Day last week.
The Beta Club delivered candy bags to all of the WMSD elementary school kindergarten classes and delivered Valentine’s cards to the Springs of Avalon nursing home and the Springs of Broadway nursing home.
Beta Club members Madison Harris, Shelby Bragg and Londyn Nunley headed up the Valentine’s distribution to local nursing homes and kindergarten classes. AWM Beta Club sponsors are Mrs. Lakisha Dowden and Mrs. Carmika Williams.
