Lane closures on I-55 this weekend
Be aware if you’re out and about Feb. 14-17

Another round of lane closures is set for this weekend on I-55, so if you’re headed across the river for a Valentine’s celebration, be aware of the following changes to the traffic flow and the relevant dates and times: Friday, Feb. 14 at 8 p.m. through Monday, Feb. 17 at 6:00 a.m.
The Tennessee Department of Transportation contract crews will be closing the I-55 Mississippi River Bridge to continue construction activities on the I-55 and Crump interchange. Activities include Bridge repair and Bridge Inspection on I-55 (Memphis Arkansas Bridge).

• I-55 NB will be closed at South Parkway in Tennessee.
Local traffic will be allowed to continue to the McLemore exit
• I-55 SB ramp will be closed.
• Crump Boulevard WB will be closed
• A detour will be posted.
There will be no traffic permitted through during the repairs. Motorists should follow detour signs or seek alternate routes to avoid delays.
