love reading the Evening Times, especially the Text the Times and the Editor’s Viewpoints. For the past several years and especially the last few months, there has been a lot to be amused by in the Text the Times, ranting and hate from what looks like the same 3 or 4 of the same writers on a weekly basis. (you know who you are) I'm not a political person, I choose to live life to the fullest and not let a politician or a party RUIN my entire existence.
These same writers continuously bash and hate everything Trump does, I suppose the fact he's breathing annoys them (insert chuckles).
I don't understand how someone can let one person destroy their daily life to the point that's all they focus on. It's apparent that Trump is living in their head, Rent Free. I didn't see this much desperation from the Conservatives when Biden was in office. It seems the Democrats in Crittenden County can't accept any other way of thinking that may differ from theirs. one man. Life's too short to waste it on disparaging others.
[ Editor’s Note: I’ve always been a little bemused by the phrase “ living in your head rentt free.” I mean, I get it… you spend a lot of time thinking about someone, even though they rarely if ever think about you. But is many cases, it’s absolutely understandable why a person might worry obsessively about another person’t actions. I’m not saying Trump is or isn’t such an individual, but I will say that your comment “ I didn't see this much desperation from the Conservatives when Biden was in office” either means you are fooling yourself or simply chosing to ignore it. One thing I 100% agree with you about is that everyone should just do their best to be happy and that it will indeed be over in four years. Funny story: I was talking with a friend the other day about the 2028 election and I asked, “ Who do you think will be on the ballot in the next election?” And he quipped, “ Oh, I assumed the last one was the last one.” Funny, right? … Right?]
