Glen Sidney Hardin, a lifelong resident of Marion, is seeking election to the Crittenden County Quorum Court for Justice of the Peace in District.
“I’ve been very appreciative of those who have served the community over the years,” said Hardin. “And I just thought it was time for me to step up and do my part now.”
Hardin lives in Marion with his wife Karen. He is a retired truck driver and business owner. He said he has a few goals he would like to work on as a member of the Quorum Court.
“I think we need to move Crittenden County forward,” he said. “I think if we work together and spend our money wisely, we can grow the community in a positive way.”
That, he said, includes getting the cities in Crittenden County working together, sharing ideas and resources; building relationships with state and regional entities to bring businesses and jobs to the county; supporting our local law enforcement and giving them the resources they need to keep the citizens of Crittenden County safe; and making sure the county invests in its infrastructure to maintain roads, bridges, parks and other amenities for its people.
“I want the people of Crittenden County to know that I plan to work to serve all the people who live here and make sure everyone’s voice is heard,” he said. “If elected, I will welcome all input and ideas from everyone who lives here just like I do. I would appreciate your vote!”
