All eyes were on ASU Mid-South this week after a meeting with the board of trustees reported a signi _cant growth in enrollment was then followed by a ribbon cutting of the second oor of the ASU Mid-South FedEx Aviation Technology Center. The addition to the stateof- the-art facility is set to revolutionize the future of aviation in the city and beyond.

“it’s a great addition to ASU Mid-South and our city that will open more opportunities for those interested in all aspects of aviation.” said Airport Commission Liaison Wayne Croom.

The collaboration between ASU Mid-South and FedEx has been hailed as a game-changer for the community, with the center offering students the opportunity to pursue careers in aviation and technology. Mayor Marco McClendon
