Kudos to WMSD, as West Memphis schools raised $4,357 for LeBonheur Children’s Hospital during WREG’s Go Jim Go!
2023 bicycle tour. Since its inception in 2006, the campaign has raised nearly $4.5 million, and our district continues to support the effort. Jim Jaggers visited the district office to deliver a congratulatory plaque to our interim superintendent Willie Harris. The funds were raised at three elementary schools, Bragg, Maddux and Weaver, and presented to Jaggers by interim superintendent Willie Harris. The 2024 tour dates are Sept.25 through Oct. 2. Mr. Harris is encouraging all campuses to raise funds for this year’s campaign.
