Marion High School Class

www.msd3.org Commencement exercises will be held for the Marion High School graduation call of 2016 Thursday, May 19, at Patriot Stadium.

This class’ valedictorian is Cole Nathaneil Bledsoe. He is the son of Charley Bledsoe, Angela Bledsoe, Jonnye McElyea. Cole is the oldest of four children. His siblings are Izzy Bledsoe, Alex Bledsoe, and Ethan McElyea.

Cole has had a very successful high school career. He has a 4.23 GPA, from a schedule that includes six AP classes; AP Calculus, AP Literature, AP Music Theory, AP Chemistry, AP Biology and AP World History, and band.

Taking all of these classes not only improves Bledsoe’s transcript and college resume, but also his level of preparedness for his hoped-for future career as a neurosurgeon Bledsoe plans on attending the Arkansas State University in Jonesboro where he will major in Biotechnology. After receiving his undergraduate degree, he plans to attend University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences to complete his education in the healthcare field.

Tess Robyn Hall is the salutatorian. She is the daughter of Greg and Sandra Hall.

Tess plans to attend the University of Central Arkansas studying music education.
