From the Crawfordsville Library…
Crawfordsville Branch Librarian Since January, I have been the new librarian in Crawfordsville and I thoroughly love it! Being an avid reader who likes the feel of a book in my hands, this job is 'right down my alley.'
I try to keep abreast of the latest books published by popular authors and also encourage my patrons to let me know of any books they would like for me to order for their reading pleasure.
The latest additions to the library include: “The Trial Lawyer” by John Ellsworth, “Extreme Prey” by John Sanford, “The Girl On The Train” by Paula Hawkins, “Property of a Noble Woman” by Danielle Steele, “The Last Mile” by David Baldacci, “Off The Grid” by C. J. Box, “The Gangster” by Clive Cussler, “Private Paris” by James Patterson and “Flight of Dreams” by Ariel Lawhon (a part factual/part fictional thriller about the Hindenburg disaster). These are just a few of the latest additions. Also, we have several new books for teens and children. Later in the month, I will update my plans for a children's reading/ craft hour.
The Crawfordsville Library is a branch of the Crittenden County Library System and is located at 5444 Main St., in Crawfordsville. Hours (subject to change) are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
