Local hoopers wins tournament

Team Hype 17u team defeated Arkansas Cobras in the Hype Tournament. The team features Shaun Doss, Kamari Marrs and Quendarious Williams of Marion. Austin Phelan and Josh Richardson from Cross County. Travis Rogers and Dontrell Johnson from Earle, Omar Parchmen from Wynne and Xavier Reed from EPC. The squad was coached by Vernon Wilson, a Marion native. Rodgers was the tournament’s MVP
