Wayne Lee Burnett Sr.

passed away Saturday, March 9, 2019 at his home in Marion at the age of 68.

He was retired from Sara Lee Company and a 1969 graduate of Osceola High School. Mr. Burnett was born Jan. 18, 1951 in Dyess to Walter Lee Burnett and Jean Buie. He is preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Randy Burnett; and one sister, Shirley Davis. He is survived by two sons, Wayne Lee Burnett Jr. of Marion and Dustin Andrew Burnett of West Memphis; three daughters, Amy Roe, Kerri Debose of Osceola and Mallory Paige Shuburte of Marion;two brothers, Terry Burnett and Jimmy Burnett both of Osceola; one sister, Connie Whitecotton of Birmingham, Alabama; seven grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 13, 2019, from noon to 2 p.m., at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola.

Service will be Wednesday March 13, 2019, at 2 p.m., at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Burial will be at Rivercrest Gardens at Marie with Bro. Jason Glenn officiating.

Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola is in charge of services.
