maxpreps.com Bay edges Earle January 24, 2019 BAY — The Bay Yellowjackets (Bay, AR) basketball nipped the visiting Earle Bulldogs (Earle, AR), 54-47 in Thursday’s league test.

The Yellowjackets (20-9) will now prepare for their test against Melbourne (Melbourne, AR). The Bearkatz go into the 2A Region 3 test with a 7-13 record. In their last test, Melbourne was tipped by Highland (Hardy, AR), 5855, in a non-league test.

The Bulldogs now own a 12-8 record. They play next when they travel to White County Central for a non-league test on Friday, January 25. Earle will encounter a Bears squad coming off a 54-32 league win over Conway Christian (Conway, AR).

The Bears record now stands at 21-6.

White County Central nudges Earle January 25, 2019 JUDSONIA — In Friday’s non-league outing, the White County Central Bears (Judsonia, AR) basketball squad edged the visiting Earle Bulldogs (Earle, AR), by a margin of 46-42.

The Bears (22-6) will now prepare for their outing against Midland (Pleasant Plains, AR). The Mustangs go into the non-league outing with a 5-13 record. In their last outing, Midland was tipped by Marvell (Marvell, AR), 59-38, in a league outing.

The Bulldogs now own a 12-9 record. They play next when they host Cross County for a 2A Region 6 outing on Tuesday, January 29. Earle will clash with a Thunderbirds squad coming off a 59-29 league win over McCrory (McCrory, AR). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 8-15.

After dropping a pair of road games last week, the Earle Bulldogs will look to get back on the winning track this evening against Cross County back at the friendly confines of the Bulldogs’ home court.
