Luna Dowery

Luna Dowery, 93, of West Memphis, passed away Friday, Jan. 4,2019, at Methodist University Hospital. She leaves a daughter, Evelyn Shields of West Memphis.

Visitation is scheduled for Friday, from 5 to 7 p.m.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, at Wolfe Brothers Funeral Home, with burial in Marion Memorial Cemetery.

Teresa Cook Monday

Teresa Cook Monday, 56, of Hughes, passed away Sunday, Jam 13,2019.

She was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by her mother, Alice Cook; brother, Mark Cook (Jahnae); three children, Alison Frank (Jake) of Willard, Missouri, Bruce Butler (Elizabeth) of Marion and Shaina Butler of Colt; 11 grandchildren; three nieces, a nephew, and a host of cherished aunts and cousins.

Funeral services will be Sunday, Jan. 20, at First Baptist Church of Marion, with visitation beginning at 2:30 p.m.

Kenneth Nesbitt

Kenneth Nesbitt, 42, of West Memphis, passed away Thursday, Jan. 10,2019, at his residence.

He leaves a daughter, Keira Riley of Marion; a son, Kayden Nesbitt of Marion; his mother, Pearl Nesbitt of West Memphis; a sister, Yvette Young of Hartland, Texas; and a brother-in-law, Carlos Young.

Funeral services will be Saturday, at 1 p.m., at Wolfe Brothers Chapel. Wolfe Brothers Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

James Keith Ridling

James Keith Ridling, AKA “Biscuit,” died peacefully at his home, with his family Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2019. He was born March 13, 1944.

He is survived by his wife, Dawn Dodds Ridling, married 55 years; his daughter, Kimla Dawn Gamer; his son, Bradford Keith Ridling; two grand children, Spencer Christian Garner and Taylor Paige Ridling; and one great-grandchild, Ruben Alexander Ridling.

He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and also a member of Tennessee and Arkansas Restaurant Association, Tennessee Junior Chamber of Commerce, won state championship in football at Kingsburg High School in Memphis, Tennessee. Preceding him in death are his father, William Earl Ridling and mother, Frances Louise Ridling; brothers, Earle Wayne Ridling of Lebanon, Tennessee and Stepen Creig Ridling. Joseph Wilson (Bill) Johnson II

Joseph Wilson (Bill) Johnson II , 79, of Edmondson, died Tuesday, Jan. 8,2019, in Methodist University Hospital. He is survived by three daughters, Anita Ringold, Beverly Johnson and LaiKyn Johnson all of West Memphis; two sons, Eric Johnson of Edmondson and Joseph William Johnson, III of Austin, Texas; one sister, Kattie Mae Shaw of Edmondson; one brother, Robert Lee Johnson, Sr. of Edmondson; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Visitation Friday, Jan. 18, from 6 to 8 p.m., in the Anthony Funeral Home South Chapel. Funeral services Saturday, Jan. 19, at noon in the South Chapel, with burial in Paradise Garden Cemetery.
