Miss Arkansas’ Outstanding Teen comes to town

A few aspiring princesses had a chance to spend some time with a beauty queen recently at Frontrow Boutique & Gift Shop. On Oct. 20, Miss Arkansas' Outstanding Teen Camille Cathey visited frontrow to meet the girls and get a little makeover courtesy of the young ladies. Cathey, a native of Wynne, was crowned Miss Arkansas' Outstanding Teen on June 15. She competed for the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2019 on July 28, in Orlando, Florida, where she received the Outstanding Achievement in Academic Life award.
