“He was key here at Guaranty,” recalled West Memphis City Councilman Tracy Catt. “John was instrumental in the development of residential, commercial and industrial properties. During his tenure here he attracted several national tenants: McDonald’s, Holiday Inn, Kroger, Walgreens, Goodyear, just to mention a few.”
Catt remembered Goe fondly, adding, “He was an asset to us all. Everything about John was solid. He was a very astute businessman. He listened to what everybody had to say and what you needed. I had the privilege to be around him.
He was just a very sharp individual.”
