Smoke No Joke

The West Memphis Fire Department’s A-Shift responded to a possible commercial structure fire at 109 West Broadway. The laundromat’s dryer caught fire and while it caused minimal fire damage, it did produce a ton of potentially toxic smoke. Fortunately, no one was injured and the building was completely evacuated before the first company arrived.
