Arkansas Highway Commission approves bid for project in Crittenden County
New facility for AHP to be built
Arkansas Highway & Transportation Department CRITTENDEN COUNTY — The Arkansas State Highway Commission has approved a bid for improvements in Crittenden County, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) officials.
The purpose of this project is to construct a multi-purpose facility for the Arkansas Highway Police in West Memphis.
F & F Construction Inc. of Memphis, Tennessee, was awarded the contract at $1,542,034.80.
Construction is scheduled to begin in two to four weeks, weather permitting. Completion is expected in early 2018.
