West Memphis Mayor Marco McClendon (center) joined the Fire Department staff for its promotion ceremony recognizing newly-appointed leadership and recent rank advancements, including Driver Richard Brown, Lieutenant Jemal Green, Division Chief-EMS Derrick Clay, and Division Chief-Training Trevor Brewer.
