One Last Hurrah

Mayor Bill Johnson smiled at the surprise of a spontaneous standing ovation In city council chambers as he presided over his final city council meeting. The mayor chaired the meetings since 1999, and opted not run for re-election, retiring to family life. New mayor Marco Mc-Clendon will be sworn in tomorrow morning.
