Cold temperatures made for a decidedly winter-like atmosphere for the annual West Memphis Christmas Parade, but that didn’t put a chill on the holiday spirit, as thousands lined the streets along Broadway and Missouri Street to watch the floats, bands, Christmas characters, classic cars and more go by.
