A joint Ribbon Cutting with the West Memphis and Marion Chambers of Commerce was recently held at Superior Senior Care, located at 412 Missouri St., in West Memphis. Pictured with owners Terry and Ruth Cullum are staff and representatives from both Chambers, offering a warm “Welcome to West Memphis and Crittenden County!”
