Times Reporter John Rech ran into former President Jimmy Carter and First Lady Roslyn Carter as they rubbed elbows with visitors on the boardwalk at the Bass Pro Pyramid Tuesday evening. The Carters entourage rode the elevator up for dinner at the Lookout Restaurant atop the Pyramid.
