Where’s the beef? Business was brisk at the Delta Market. This butcher began to cross items off the menu board as he sold out. Rivilo Farms producers of hydroponic tomatoes, sold out of “slicers” and cleared out cherry tomatoes in the afternoon. Shoppers andASU Mid-South staff enjoyed the sunny lunch hour thanks to pair of food trucks that anchored the north end of the market. The next Delta Market will be Tuesday, June 21, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
