Letter to the Editor

On Saturday, May 7, 2016, the Delta Cruiser’s Car Club of Marion held our 12th annual car show at Holley Chevrolet here in Marion. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the several businesses and people who helped make this show a successful venture.

First off I would like to thank Holly Chevrolet for supplying the space for our show and then the following businesses who donated to our show and they are as follows: Arkansas Distributing Co., Cliff Vest dba Creative Lighting, Stokes Flying Service, Holley Chevrolet, Dr. Deborah M. We would also like to thank all the participants who came to the show with their vehicles to be on display and be judged, all the participants were given participant goodie bags with different items in the bag as well as each participant rewarded with a photo plaque of their vehicle as well.

I also want to thank “The Jones Connection” for once again supplying, as usual, their great food for our Concessions for the show.

Last but certainly not least, I want to thank all the Delta Cruiser Members, their spouses as well as some guests who worked extremely hard for the past 4 months helping to prepare for this show and without their help, this show would not have been near as a success as it was.

I also want to thank the Evening Times for your assistance in getting this information out to the public!
