West Memphian elected Orpheum Board president

Frances Creekmore of West Memphis has been elected to serve as the president of Friends of the Orpheum (FOTO) for 2016. She has been a volunteer usher at the theater for 16 years and has served on the board as corresponding secretary and vicepresident.
Frances is a retired teacher having taught all 35 years in the West Memphis School District.
She is the former Frances Goacher and graduated from Hughes High School and Ouachita Baptist University. She and her husband, Delbert, have three grown children, Steven of Bentonville, Kevin of Jonesboro and Stacy Minga of Cordova, Tennessee, and two grandsons, Samuel and Tyler.
Other activities include Vice-president of the Crittenden County Retired Teachers Association and Corresponding secretary of Alpha Delta Kappa International Organization of Women Educators. She and her husband are active members of First Baptist Church where she teaches the CHRISTine Sunday School Class and he serves as a deacon, and they both are Adult Choir members.
