MHS Drama to present ‘Alice in Wonderland’

Trio of shows this weekend at MPAC

ralphhardin@gmail.com The beloved children’s book “Alice in Wonderland” has seen its share of adaptations, be it animated features, liveaction movies or stage plays.

This weekend, after weeks of preparation, the students of the Marion High School Drama Department will offer their take on the classic tale with their presentation of “Alice in Wonderland: The Musical.”

The show will have three performances, all at 7 p.m.

The show opens on Thursday night, continues Friday, and closes on Saturday. “Alice in Wonderland: The Musical” features an all-student cast and is directed by Starr Hardgrove, with musical direction by Johnny Peoples.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children, and may be purchased online at www.marionarpac.com.
