Here’s the scoop!

A backhoe loads up the rubble at the soon-to-be former site of the Mayfair Apartments in West Memphis Wednesday morning. The condemned complex is in the third and final phase of demolition, with one last row of apartments standing on the north and a few smaller buildings along the west edge, all that is left of the blighted property.
